At CAVU Aerospace, every week brings new opportunities to lead, connect, and deliver value — and this May, we’re kicking things off strong across every altitude.

This past week, Brian Postel, President of CAVU Aerospace, proudly represented our team at the ISTAT Freighter Forum in sunny Miami. As the industry gathered to discuss cargo trends, conversions, and freighter fleet forecasts, Brian was thrilled to have meaningful conversations about the future of aviation.

CAVU is proud to consistently attend industry events like ISTAT, where thought leadership and real-world solutions meet. As your trusted residual value partner, we’re committed to staying at the forefront of fleet evolution and aftermarket strategy.

CAVU Aerospace Meets a Hero for the Planet

In another incredible moment, CAVU’s secret weapon, Brent Webb, had the once-in-a-lifetime honor of meeting Dr. Sylvia A. Earle — world-renowned marine biologist, deep-sea explorer, and tireless ocean advocate.

Dr. Earle’s résumé is as deep as the oceans she’s explored:

  • Over 7,000 hours underwater

  •  100+ marine expeditions led

  • First woman to lead NOAA

  •  200+ publications authored

  •  100+ global honors including UN Champion of the Earth and Time Magazine’s first-ever Hero for the Planet

Her legacy is one of bold exploration, barrier-breaking leadership, and a relentless drive to protect our planet — values that deeply resonate with CAVU’s mission of responsible, forward-thinking aviation solutions.

We are reminded that innovation and conservation go hand in hand from sky to sea.

Precision Work on the Ground

Back in the desert, the CAVU Go Team wasted no time getting to work. Early last week, in Arizona, our skilled crew executed a precision cockpit cutout — safely, quickly, and to exact customer specs. These custom cutouts exemplify how CAVU’s field teams combine speed, accuracy, and expertise in every operation.

Meanwhile, teardown continues on an RB211-535E4 engine complete with QEC. This high-demand asset reflects our ongoing commitment to offering value-driven inventory that supports a wide range of fleet and operational needs across the aviation aftermarket.

When it comes to aircraft disassembly, we don’t just remove parts — we recover value.

Celebrating Our Team: May Birthdays & Anniversaries

Of course, no month would be complete without celebrating the people who make all this possible — our incredible CAVU team. Join us in recognizing all the birthdays and work anniversaries happening this May!

Whether they’re behind the scenes or on the front lines, our people are the engine that keeps CAVU flying.
